PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce touch noise and click noise caused by a noise sensor in addition to rotation noise emitted from a drum device and seek noise emitted from a disk device. SOLUTION: The noise reduction device is provided with a comparator 13 which generates a noise timing signal corresponding to a noise generation period mixed from a noise generation source included in a voice signal, a gap time generating means 17 for generating a gap time to remove noise from the voice signal, a change-over switch SW18 for switching from the voice signal to a noise removal signal or vice versa and outputting it, a level detecting means 15 for detecting the signal level of the voice signal, and a masking amount determining means 16 for determining a gap period to be masked on the acoustic sense of a person from the signal level outputted from the level detecting means 15. The noise removal signal is outputted during a period corresponding to the gap period in the noise generation period of the noise timing signal by switching to it from the voice signal.
