PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission system for enabling even a bypass system using an electromagnetic relay to obtain high reliability and survivability. SOLUTION: A reception switching part 7 for switching a dual system of this transmission system is provided with relays 10 and 11, and their break contacts 10b and 11b bypass the reception switching part 7. A variable control part 20 for switching voltage V<SB>R</SB>applied to the coils 10d and 11d of the relays is provided, a timer 21 closes a switch 22 after the relays 10 and 11 operate to switch the voltage V<SB>R</SB>from power supply voltage V<SB>cc</SB>to low voltage that is subjected to voltage drop by a resistor 23, suppressing a gas generation amount caused by generated heat of the coils 10d and 11d.
