摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device with a wiring structure which has both anticorrosiveness and low resistivity. SOLUTION: The electrooptical device has an electrooptical substance provided inside a seal material 13, inner wires 33c and 49c provided inside the seal material 13, and outer wires 33d and 49d provided outside the seal material 13. The inner wires 33c and 49c each have a laminate structure formed by forming an insulating material on an anticorrosive material and forming a low-resistance material thereupon and the outer wires 33d and 49d each have an anticorrosive material. No insulating material is present partially or entirely on flanks of the inner wires 33c and 49c, so that there is a part where the anticorrosive material and low-resistance material directly contact. The wiring structure can prevent the outer wires from corroding owing to sticking of water and dust.
