PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training evaluation system with which such training as to enable a trainee to acquire the ability to flexibly deal with abnormal conditions of a plant model can be conducted, and which includes an objective training evaluation criterion. SOLUTION: The training evaluation system comprises an operation display unit for displaying the conditions of a plant model wherein an accident is simulated and for conducting training of operation for restoring the plant model, and a simulator computer for simulating the accident in the plant model and for evaluating the training operation. The simulator computer includes: an abnormality discriminating section for discriminating the abnormality of the plant parameter of the plant model varying according to a running operation in the training operation, on the basis of pre-set abnormality discriminating conditions; an abnormality influence discriminating section for acquiring influenced events wherein the plant parameter discriminated as abnormal is made a top event on the basis of a pre-set influence transmission route, and for discriminating the abnormality of the influenced events on the basis of the abnormality discriminating conditions; and a training evaluation section for evaluating the training operation on the basis of the influenced events discriminated as abnormal.
