PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain necessary conditioned water by connecting electrolytic cells through a connecting pipe and making electrolytic energy of each electrolytic cell vary independently. SOLUTION: An electrolytic water conditioner 1 is provided with pipes 32 for feeding raw water to the electrolytic cells 10 and electrolyzing to produce alkaline water between an electrolytic diaphragm 26 and a cathode member 28 in the electrolytic cell 10 and acidic water between the electrolytic diaphragm 26 and an anode member 24, and feeding the conditioned water (the alkaline water and acidic water) to an electrolytic cell 10, and receiving the conditioned water from another electrolytic cell 10.
