PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nonslip tool to be mounted on a shoe which is easily mounted on and provides a large nonslip effect. SOLUTION: The tool to be mounted includes: a main body which is obtained by combining a flexible high friction material with a water absorbent material; and holding means onto the shoe which are arranged at the appropriate parts of the main body.
