PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation switch device providing a favorable operability, hardly causing fatigue to accumulate on the hands in the operation, and at the same time and equipped with a constitution easy to correspond to the deterioration of the switch, and to provide a game machine using the operation switch device. SOLUTION: A plurality of switches 100a, 100b and 100c which are provided at a location facing an operator and perform an ON/OFF motion by a depressing operation by an operator are provided at a part of a panel surface equivalent to an immobile section for this operation switch device. In the operation switch device, the supporting section for the switches 100a, 100b and 100c is constituted of a switch unit SU which is turnable in the vertical direction to the panel surface. The switch unit SU is provided in such a manner that the direction can be changed at least to the direction facing the operator and an orthogonal direction to the direction facing the operator by a tilting operation by the operator.
