PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a shaft body relating to a rubbing operation regarding a chair type massage machine provided with the function of "rubbing". SOLUTION: A pair of left and right rubbing shafts (an eccentric shaft 36, a rubbing block 38) to be eccentrically rotated are arranged with the front-to-back direction (Z direction) of a backrest part as an axial direction, and also a pair of left and right arms (a first arm 51, a second arm 52) for generating the rubbing operation with displacement to the axial direction while following the eccentric rotation of the rubbing shafts are provided.
