PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary pad for attaching an absorber which reduces the occurrence of a body fluids leakage by maintaining a close adhesion to the crotch of a wearer even when it is worn and gives a comfortable wearing feeling. SOLUTION: The auxiliary pad 1 is comprised of an absorption layer 2 which is bent to have a bending region 4 projecting to the side of a body and a restraining sheet 3 which is attached to an opposite surface of the body of a short and flat region 8 connected to the bending region 4, wherein a space 5 is formed between the bending region 4 of the absorption layer 2 and the restraining sheet 3.
