PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular segregation device capable of reducing the occurrence of contamination in the segregation operation to be carried out for several times. SOLUTION: This cellular segregation device is constituted of two or more cellular segregation chambers 1, 3 for storing a cell-containing liquid containing different two or more kinds of cells, and segregating a target cell from the cells contained in the cell-containing liquid, transfer passages 5 for transferring the cells between two or more cellular segregation chambers, injection passages 7, 17 formed in each of the cellular segregation chambers 1, 3, and for injecting the liquid to the cellular segregation chambers, and deriving passages 9, 19, 21 for deriving the liquid in the cellular segregation chambers 1, 3. The cellular segregation chambers 1, 3 have attaching parts 35, 37 for attaching a cell having an adhesive properties or a cell having the adhesive properties stronger than those of other cells in the cells contained in the stored cell-containing liquid, and the transfer passage 5 is constituted so as to have a transfer passage-opening and closing means 5a for opening and closing the transfer passage 5.
