The invention also includes methods of moisturizing the skin, improving the microtopography of the skin, improving the elasticity of the skin, treating or preventing functional disorders of skin appendages, treating or preventing the symptoms of skin ageing, and treating or preventing the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation on the skin comprising applying the preparation.
