The cabinet has a placard exchange device and an inspection window (3) for visualizing advertisement and information provided by an analog or digital display system. The system is integrated with a memory device e.g. flash memory. An external lighting system is provided in the cabinet for communication and service purposes. A contact sensitive layer is equipped near the window to allow user to interact with a centralized control.
