FIELD: technology of organic compounds, chemical technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the improved method for preparing trinitroresorcinol. Invention describes a method for preparing trinitroresorcinol wherein this method is carried out for two steps. At the first stage method involves the nitrosation reaction of resorcinol carrying out in an aqueous medium and with simultaneous pouring nitric acid solution, resorcinol aqueous and sodium nitrite solution into reactor; at the second stage the oxidative nitration reaction of prepared dinitroresorcinol is carried out in nitric acid solution wherein nitro-derivative is dosed by portions. Invention provides the closed acid-turn, reducing waste volume in manufacturing process, simplified utilization, reducing period of technological process up to 5.5-6 h that allows reducing material, energetic and labor consumptions per unit of manufacturing production. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method. ^ 7 cl, 2 tbl |
