FIELD: abrasive industry branch, possibly preparation of vulcanite abrasive composition used for rolling sheets and making of rolled sheets blanks of abrasive tools. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of guiding vulcanite binder to mixing rollers driven to rotation one towards other at different revolution number; before feeding grinding material forming recesses on surface of vulcanite binder in such a way that total volume of said recesses is equal to that of grinding material. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process, improved quality of composition due to highly uniform distribution of grinding material along cross section of semi-finished product. ^ 1 dwg |
