FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel systems of diesel engines. Proposed filter-moisture separator contains housing with fuel inlet and outlet unions, filtering element, settler cup with drain plug in bottom. According to invention, filtering element is made in form of pack of adsorption cases with polyacrylamide polymer, in lower part of which truncated cone made of wire gauze is installed. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of fuel, increased service life of fuel system parts. ^ 1 dwg |
