<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a roll part of a cutting blade for a noodle-making machine, enabling the cutting blade roll to be rapidly attached and detached instantly, and hardly causing vibration of a cutting blade roll body. <P>SOLUTION: The instantly attachable structure of the roll of the cutting blade for the noodle-making machine is obtained by using a spur gear for transmission of the drive, and installing one guide rail and a positioning seat for preventing rolling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
