<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document data processing device and a method for it capable of preventing increase in a communication load due to edition of document data and in capacity necessary for storage and preventing unintended modification not required by a creator to a document. <P>SOLUTION: An image is displayed based on document data including an edition script for realizing an edition function, and based on the edition script, the document data are edited in compliance with operation input by a user to the displayed image. Subsequently, if an instruction for storage of the edited document data is inputted, the edition script is deleted from the document data (S601-S605), and the document data, from which the edition script is removed, is stored in a predetermined storage medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
