<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food filled and sealed in a molded container capable of being subjected to a heating in a micro-wave oven, further being pressurized, heated and sterilized, and being distributed at a normal temperature, wherein the food is prevented from being boiled over when being heated in the micro-wave oven. <P>SOLUTION: The food is filled and sealed in a molded container capable of being heated by a micro-wave oven, pressurized, heated and sterilized. The food can be drunk or eaten as is contained in the container by heating by the micro-wave oven or served on a dining table. The food stored in the container as described above can be distributed at a normal temperature. The opening part of the molded container 1 is sealed by a lid 2 at least partly made of a microwave non-transmissive material such as aluminum or the like. An outer lid made of a microwave transmissive material such as plastic material is included in a package. When the container is heated in the micro-wave oven, at least part of the opening of the molded container 1 is to be covered with the outer lid to prevent the food from boiling over during heating in the micro-wave oven. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
