PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit management method which can indicate the management information by cutting a fuse, and can increase an amount of information on management indicated by cutting the fuse. SOLUTION: In this management method for semiconductor integrated circuits, how many fuses 2 and 3 formed on a semiconductor integrated circuit are to be cut and where on the fuses they are cut are determined based on the management information on the semiconductor integrated circuit. Then, according to the determined cutting positions on the fuses 2 and 3 and the number of fuses to be cut, the fuses are cut by laser trimming.
