PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spin bulb type magnetic head which satisfies both signal height and stability in reproduction output by a narrow track. SOLUTION: Configuration for forming a closed magnetic circuit, in which magnetic domain control film is formed with the same track width on a magnetoresistive effect laminating film and an end part is joined together, is configured to take double closed magnetic circuit structure with a trilaminar magnetic layer of a soft magnetic antiparallel layer 132 in addition to a soft magnetic free layer 13 and a single magnetic domain ferromagnetic layer 45.
