PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device capable of exactly reproducing information recorded in a recording medium of super lens structure. SOLUTION: The reproducing device 11 is constituted so that the information D1 recorded in recording media 9a, 9b including at least the recording medium of the super lens structure is reproduced and is provided with an optical head 2 which receives laser light reflected by the recording media 9a, 9b and performs photoelectric conversion of the laser light into an electric signal S1 when the recording media 9a, 9b are irradiated with the laser light, a signal processing circuit 4 which performs signal processing for extracting AC components contained in the electric signal S1 and attenuating the AC components with predetermined attenuation quantity, an amplitude control circuit 5 which performs control so that amplitude of an electric signal S2 outputted from the signal processing circuit 4 becomes predetermined amplitude and a reproduction circuit 6 which reproduces the information D1 recorded in the recording media 9a, 9b based on an electric signal S3 outputted from the amplitude control circuit 5.
