PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device capable of providing, based on a continuous double oblique image reconstructed using a double oblique function, a tomographic image cut at an optional angle on a tomographic image thereof, correcting the loading attitude of an imaging object on a turntable on software to obtain a continuous tomographic image, and then obtaining a tomographic image cut at an optional angle based on the tomographic image after correction. SOLUTION: This device comprises a data conversion part 5g converting, based on a continuous tomographic image reconstructed by a reconstruction arithmetic part 5c and stored in a continuous CT image file 5d, a continuous double oblique image reconstructed using the double oblique function of an optional section reconstruction arithmetic part 5e to the same data format as that of the above continuous tomographic image, so that the continuous double oblique image after conversion can be subjected to reconstruction operation by the arithmetic part 5e. According to this, after the continuous tomographic image in which the loading attitude of the imaging object W is corrected using the double oblique function is obtained, a tomographic image along an optional direction can be further constructed based on this tomographic image.
