PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the sensitivity and reliability of a sensor which uses a conductive film. SOLUTION: When the conductive film immobilized with a thiol compound 1, having at least a pyrrolyl group on a substrate surface via a sulfide bond, and formed with a conjugated system between the pyrrolyl groups is used in various kinds of sensors; the change in the conductivity becomes large due to the atmosphere of the surface, that is, the sensitivity gets high, in the sensor, because a pyrrolyl group portion, formed with the conductive conjugated system, is exposed to the surface.
