PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use even a heat fluid of an unconventionally low temperature as a heat source of an absorption refrigerating machine. SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 8 is arranged in an absorbent pipe 13 upstream of a low temperature heat exchanger 6. An inlet and an outlet for absorbent of the exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 8 are connected by a bypass pipe 13A with an interposed flow control valve 9. An exhaust heat fluid supply pipe 19 is laid to the exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 8 via the interior of a high temperature regenerator 1. In order that the temperature of absorbent measured by a temperature sensor 22 may be maintained at a predetermined set temperature 3 to 5°C higher than the crystallization temperature of absorbent flowing in an absorbent pipe 15, for example, at 45°C, a controller 23 controls the flow control valve 9 to throttle the flow control valve 9 more as the measured temperature drops and open the flow control valve 9 more as the measured temperature rises.
