PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation controller for a plurality of Stirling refrigerators, reducing power consumption while exhibiting required cooling ability. SOLUTION: This operation controller for controlling the operations of the plurality of Stirling refrigerators comprises a cooling heat quantity calculating part 35 calculating required cooling heat quantity requested according to the respective operation states of the Stirling refrigerators at the time of determination, an operation condition deriving part 36 deriving a plurality of operation conditions according to the required cooling heat quantity calculated at the cooling heat quantity calculating part 35, an operation condition detecting part 37 detecting a condition with minimum power consumption from the plurality of operation conditions derived at the operation condition deriving part 36, and an input power controlling part 33 and a refrigerator operation rate controlling part 34 controlling the respective operations of the plurality of Stirling refrigerators.
