PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp capable of reducing a space required for mounting work by utilizing a hole (cut and raised hole) opened in the direction crossing a vehicle body panel orthogonally and to provide a mounting structure of the clamp on the vehicle body panel requiring no sealing by utilizing the clamp. SOLUTION: This clamp 1 is fixed to the cut and raised hole 70 formed by separating an end fringe part 72 on one side divided by a partial break formed in the direction of thickness at a predetermined position of the vehicle body panel 75 like a flat plate mounted in a vehicle from an end fringe part 71 on the other side in the direction of thickness of the vehicle body panel 75. This clamp 1 is provided with a wire holding part 10 holding a wire and a nipping part 20 having a nipping channel 60 inserted into the cut and raised hole 70 provided on the vehicle body panel 75 and fitted into the end fringe part 72 on one side of the vehicle body panel 75 to nip.
