PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent foreign matter such as sand and mud from intruding into a lock mechanism part during use from the viewpoint of a structure of a conventional lock mechanism to prevent operation failure. SOLUTION: This valve device is composed of a driving shaft protruding from a pedestal of a valve main body and driving a valve element, a turn operation part having a pin insertion hole engaged with the driving shaft and having a flat face in contact with the pedestal, a helical spring for bringing the turn operation part into pressure-contact toward the pedestal, a pin engaged with the pin insertion hole to prevent the turn operation part from turning, a guide part for guiding relative travel of the pin for the turn operation part, a stop part for preventing further relative travel of the pin along the guide part, and a structure in which the driving shaft and a turn operation part engaging part are engaged by a bolt-nut structure.
