PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass block panel, which is available, for instance, as a flooring material, emits light in the dark to clearly indicate an emergency exit or the like and guide refugees toward it, and effectively works as a sign for disaster prevention purposes at the time of earthquake, etc. SOLUTION: The glass block panel comprises many glass units arranged over a plane and combined together via joints formed between the glass units.
