PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a composite covering body for waterproofing which is excellent in weather resistance, waterproof performance such as water resistance, aesthetic appearance such as design property and enables lining to be efficiently carried out and further sufficiently suppresses fear of causing hygienic problem by sufficiently reducing exhalation amount of formaldehyde. SOLUTION: At least a fiber-reinforced resin layer and a granite-tone finishing material layer are laminated on a substrate in sequence in the construction method of the composite covering body for waterproofing. The fiber-reinforced resin layer comprises an unsaturated polyester having a double bond titer of 300-1,800, a polymerizable monomer, and a room temperature curable resin composition containing an alicyclic amin.
