PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treated water supply storage tank relatively low in cost, high in safety and structured to be hardly damaged by an earthquake or the like. SOLUTION: The treated water supply storage tank is provided with a storage tank body 1 formed as a container opened at the upper face to store water by attaching a waterproof sheet along the peripheral wall of a recess provided by excavating the ground surface; a plurality of resin pallets 2 formed of board-like bodies with cavities and enclosed in layers in the tank from the upper face opening of the storage tank body; rainwater piping 9 for leading rainwater into the storage tank body; a submerged pump 6 disposed in the storage tank body; a discharge pipe 8 connected to the submerged pump to lead rainwater stored in the storage tank body, to the outside of the storage tank body; and an overflow pipe 11 provided at an upper part in the storage tank body to discharge an excess part of the rainwater led into the storage tank body.
