PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively prevent vibrations of a quarter panel with ease of work, without requiring a storage space for a damp sheet. SOLUTION: The quarter panel 1 and a wheel house outer panel 2 positioned inside of the quarter panel 1 are bonded and united with each other by foamed adhesive material 31, at plate surface parts 1a, 2a where the quarter panel 1 approaches the wheel house outer panel 2.
