PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device mounting structure capable of enhancing the mountability while ensuring the supporting rigidity and the rigidity of each panel. SOLUTION: In the locking device mounting structure in which a locking device 5 is mounted on a center part in the vehicle width direction of a trunk lid opening part 4 formed in a rear panel 8 of a rear portion of a vehicle body, a mounting hole 58 is formed at the position deviated in the vehicle width direction from the center part in the vehicle width direction of the rear panel 8, and the locking device 5 is inserted from the mounting hole 5 and mounted therein.
