PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely install a foldable chair on a slope. SOLUTION: Since the angle between the grounding surfaces 9 and 10 of legs and a seat surface 6 can be changed by moving a pin 3 installed to a rear leg 2 to one of recessed parts 5 provided on a front leg 1, by housing the pin 3 in an optimum recessed part 5 corresponding to the inclination angle of the slope, the seat surface is kept horizontal.
