<p>An antenna element capable of being restored to its original shape even if severely bent. A connection metallic member (11d) to which a whip element (11) is fixed and a base metallic member (12d) are connected by a coil spring (12b). An extra elastic alloy (12c) is installed in the coil spring (12b), one end of the extra elastic alloy (12c) is fitted into the connection metallic member (11d), and the other end is fitted into the base metallic member (12d). Even if severely bent, an element base section (12) constructed as above is restored by effect of the extra elastic alloy (12c) to its original shape without having residual strain.</p> |
