<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance for inhibiting the expression of excessive autoimmune antibodies, consisting of saccharides or saccharide chain-added egg yolk antibodies and capable of inhibiting the expression of the autoimmune antibodies (immunoglobulins) of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and/or IgE-antibodies of allergic diseases (pollinosis, atopic dermatitis, asthma, etc.). <P>SOLUTION: This method for obtaining the excessive autoimmune antibody inhibitory substance consisting of the saccharides or sugar chain-added egg antibodies is provided by inoculating an immune-potentiating substance to egg-laying animals such as hens or their eggs and collecting eggs. Also the method for using the excessive autoimmune antibody inhibitory substance is provided by using it for treating or preventing the autoimmune diseases and/or allergic diseases by inhibiting the expression of autoimmune antibodies (immunoglobulins) of the autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and/or IgE-antibodies of the allergic diseases (pollinosis, atopic dermatitis, asthma, etc.). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
