<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly carry a life-saving emergency article near the body to enable immediate use in disaster, facilitate the confirmation of the ever-changing disaster state, prevent the inhalation of toxic gas, and the like, and the inflammation of clothes and carry a cold-protecting means, and the like, together with a helmet. <P>SOLUTION: The portability of a helmet is improved by using a foldable helmet to expand the protection range of the body. The protection power on the head is increased by using a deeply wearable helmet. The change in the disaster state is easily confirmed by using a material having strengths and transparency (e.g. a polycarbonate). The inhalation of toxic gas, and the like, and the inflammation of clothes can be prevented by a fire-protection suit furnished with a flame-proofing mask and a small-sized gas mask and covering to the waist of the body.
