<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive information record carrier reader, and delivery management system using the information record carrier reader, to be introduced by a small-scale entrepreneur. <P>SOLUTION: In this delivery management system, a post 2 disposed on a delivery contractor gatepost 1 is provided with an information record carrier 3 where delivery destination identification information and the delivery contract period information are encoded, the encode information of the information record carrier 3 is decoded at delivery to instantaneously check the delivery contract period with the delivery suspension date and store the detection of the wrong delivery and storage of delivery history by the information storing carrier reader 6 previously storing a delivery suspension date. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
