<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet multiplate clutch system, which is short in length, compact in size, and light in weight, has a large torque transmission capacity, and can be utilized as a torque transmission limit mechanism and mounted on a motor side or on a coupling shaft at a driven unit side. <P>SOLUTION: The wet multiplate clutch system comprises a casing 12, a rotary member 2 at a drive side and a rotary member 3 at a driven side arranged in the casing 12, numerous clutch plates 17 and 19 arranged between the rotary members and being rotatable while integrated with each rotary member and being movable in an axial direction, a pressure member 5 pushing the clutch plates, and a pressed force supply means 6 supplying pressed force to the pressure member 5. In the wet multiplate clutch system, a hollow portion 2a is formed on at least one rotary member 2, and the other rotary member 3 is inserted into the hollow portion 2a. The other rotary member 3 supports one rotary member 2 in the hollow portion via bearings 10 and 11, and is combined with and supported by a rotary shaft 32 conveying power to the rotary shaft and a driven unit for transmitting power from a drive source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
