PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a wire with a terminal for corona discharge having high reliability in which disconnection of the wire with the terminal for corona discharge in use is prevented. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the wire with the terminal for corona discharge in which, in a state of pinching it between the base plate of the terminal and a turning part composed of the extended part of the base plate, the terminal composed of a first metal places the end part of the wire composed of a second metal on a pedestal to become the lower side electrode of a welding machine, welds it by putting the upper part electrode head of the welding machine on a surface including a face opposing the wire of the turning part side, and fixes and adheres the end part of the wire and the terminal composed of the first metal, this is made as the manufacturing method of the wire with the terminal for corona discharge in which the edge part corresponding to the length direction of the wire of the upper part electrode head is contacted and welded with the turning part surface in a state of not crossing the wire in the turning part.
