PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of toner that is not decreased in a charging amount even if recycling particles, which are conventionally disposed, that are smaller than a predetermined particle size to be a product during a kneading process, and that is free from the occurrence of toner contamination in a development part and stain in an image background part, and also to provide the toner produced by the production method, two-component developer including the toner, and an image forming apparatus using the two-component developer. SOLUTION: The production method of the toner is characterized in that the difference between the solubility parameter of a charge control agent and that of binding resin is≥2.4 and≤6.0, and a mixture ratio of the charge control agent to a whole mixture amount becomes similar when not recycling particles smaller than the predetermined particle size.
