PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner having excellent low-temperature fixability and toner offset resistance by using polyester resins as a binder resin. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner contains the polyester resin (A) having a softening temperature of≥120°C and a total of an acid value and hydroxyl group value of over 35 mgKOH/g and the polyester resin (B) having a softening temperature of≤120°C and a total of an acid value and hydroxyl group value of over 35 mgKOH/g as the binder resin for the toner and containing a salicylic acid metal complex (C) as a charge control agent.
