PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reversible circuit element, and its manufacturing method which have a small number of components, have good assemble nature, are low cost, and are strong against wetproof. SOLUTION: In the non-reversible circuit element of the invention, center conductors 5, 6, 7 and a dielectric part 8 are formed by a thin film and a thick film on an insulated substrate 4, capacitors C1, C2, C3 are supported by a insulated substrate 4, and at the same time, a resin block body 11 is made of insulating material and contains the insulated substrate 4, the capacitors C1, C2, C3, and the center conductors 5, 6, 7 inside. A terminal 12 is contained in the resin block body 11, a connecting material 13 is contained in the resin block body 11 and connects the terminal 12 and end parts of the center conductors 5, 6, 7, then the insulation substrate 4 which supports the center conductors 5, 6, 7, and capacitors C1, C2, C3, and the terminal 12 become one body by the resin block body 11, a number of components becomes small, assembly nature is good, and a low cost product is obtained.
