OILY COSMETIC COMPOSITION HAVING SUSPENDING ABILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oily cosmetic composition excellent in suspending ability. SOLUTION: This oily cosmetic composition having suspending ability acts as a lubricating and moistening agent and a protective agent for skin, mucous membrane and hair and further acts as a base for decorative or aromatic cosmetic. The composition exhibits an oil-gel form and may be transparent, translucent or opaque. The composition exhibits excellent suspending ability and is readily applicable to the skin and exhibits good smoothness of the skin and has comfortable touch feeling such as silky touch feeling after coating. The composition has a characteristic in combination of a styrene-ethylene/propylene copolymer with silica in an oily base.
