PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure of a car body floor capable of sufficiently enduring an impact load in side surface collision without causing weight increase. SOLUTION: A tunnel lower reinforce 30 made of a reinforce upper part 32 and a reinforce lower part 34 is arranged on the back surface side of a tunnel part 14. The reinforce upper part 32 is positioned at a part where an input load in the side surface collision is large and is constituted of a material of high strength. Additionally, the reinforce lower part 34 is arranged at a part where the input load in the side surface collision is comparatively small, constituted of a material of low strength and set thin in plate thickness. Consequently, bearing force against the side surface impact load is secured on the reinforce upper part 32 and a weight reducing function is secured on the reinforce lower part 34.
