PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clarifying apparatus with simple configuration for a marine fish water tank securely performing clarification of sea water breeding marine fishes in a short time and removing feces or residual bait which is a major cause of contamination, before dissolving into the sea water. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the clarifying apparatus for the marine fish water tank comprising a frame of the apparatus body 11, an endless net body 12 approximately horizontally rotationally driven in the frame of the apparatus body 11, an inclined plate 13 installed between the upper and lower parts of the endless net body 12 to flow out received sea water to both sides of the endless net body 12, and an auxiliary water tank installed on the downside of the inclined plate 13 to store sea water flew down from the plate.
