PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of scissors enabling safely pruning with relatively weak power. SOLUTION: The pair of scissors is formed by rotatably connecting two parts each having a blade part and a handle part with each other with an axis. An axis line connecting the edge of the blade part and the axis with each other, and the cutting part of the blade part are nearly superposed on each other, and the cutting part of the blade part is formed in a recessed form.
