A method of efficiently and easily obtaining an antibody group, especially a monoclonal antibody group, against an arbitrary antigen group from an animal individual. There is provided a method of preparing an antibody library including at least two types of antibodies differential from each other, comprising the step of effecting adsorption of at least two types of antigens differential from each other on a solid phase support composed mainly of hydroxyapatite or a styrene porous material to thereby obtain an immunogenic composition and the step of immunizing an animal with the immunogenic composition.
