<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information notification system capable of effectively informing a plurality of object persons of information by a proper method, when the plurality of object persons receive notice of information, such as advertisement at the same time and when those object persons form a group. <P>SOLUTION: Information on a plurality of users forming a group is acquired for the group of the users.
