<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder which is easily and inexpensively arranged even at home, and by which a regular toilet habit, etc., is obtained and mantic information is provided to a user when a sheet shape body is drawn out. <P>SOLUTION: The holder body part 1 of a toilet paper holder comprises: a vibration sensor 2 for detecting the drawing-out of toilet paper 5; a mantic information control part 31 for generating the mantic information, based on the detection result of the vibration sensor 2; and a display part 4 for displaying the mantic information. Then the holder provides the mantic information so as to allow the user to have a change of pace, etc., and to comfortably use a toilet. The user easily and inexpensively arranges the holder. The holder body part 1 includes a clock part 32 and displays the mantic information and a period to be the object in response to time which is provided by the clock part 32.
