<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on press developing type or non-processing (non-developing) type lithographic printing form original plate having high visibility at a state being exposed imagewise by infrared laser and the plate-making method of the lithographic printing form original plate and the lithographic printing method employing the lithographic printing form original plate. <P>SOLUTION: This lithographic printing form original plate is formed by providing a photosensitive-thermosensitive layer, on which an image can be recorded through the exposure by infrared laser and installed on a printing machine without passing through a developing treatment process after the recording of an image or recorded after the installation of the plate on the printing machine in order to realize printing under the condition that the photosensitive-thermosensitive layer includes (1) an infrared absorber, (2) a donor particle component and (3) an accepter particle component.
